What’s included
during each visit:

Visual Inspection:

  • Check for visible signs of damage and replace pop-ups, risers and nozzles based on our professional discretion.
  • Ensure proper alignment and coverage of spray patterns.

System Optimization:

  • Conduct a system test to verify the functionality of each zone.
  • Inspect the controller for proper programming and operation.
  • Provide guidance on proper watering schedules based on seasonal needs.
  • Evaluate water usage and efficiency.

What is not included:

  • Sprinkler controllers (timers), sprinkler wire, valves not installed by Dr. Sprinkler, and repairs to PVC lateral lines and main lines.
  • If you choose to have us handle these issues, we offer a 10% discount on the final invoice and waive the service charge.
